LIT WARRANTY

LIT Cold Plunge, Chillers, and sauna's Return Policy:

  • All returned goods must be pre-approved by LIT with return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. All returned goods must be in new and unused condition, and in their original packaging. LIT may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.
Cold Plunge, Chiller and sauna Only — Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees
All canceled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each Cold Plunge, sauna, chiller product; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller.

Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. If you purchase a bundled product—for example, a cold plunge paired with a chiller—you may not return or exchange individual components of the bundle. The bundle is considered a single purchase, and all items within the bundle must be returned together in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. Partial returns from bundled purchases will not be accepted.

 

Preorder Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your preorder, you may do so at any time prior to shipment. However, please note that all preorder cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing and administrative costs.

Once your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our return policy for post-shipment returns or exchanges.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 Included in lifetime warranty
  • Defective LIT sensors
  • LIT sensor that has been damaged due to circumstances that have rendered the device inoperable or impacts accurate data collection

  • Lost or stolen LIT sensors.
  • LIT sensors with cosmetic damage
  • LIT resistance bands that have been damaged or broken (warranty for 1 year, client is responsible for shipping of $15-25)
  • LIT sensors or bands that have been modified in an unauthorized manner
  • LIT sensors or bands which have undergone an attempted repair by unauthorized persons or with any parts not originally intended for or compatible with the sensor 
  • LIT sensors that have an altered factory model name and/or serial number

  • The Mainframe
  • Defective LIT sensors
