Takes about 30 minutes or so to reach the max temp and packs some serious heat! Holds the heat well and so far so good for our plunge/sauna sessions. Husband likes to add some extra water for steam and extra heat.

I've had the LIT Plunge for a year, and I've been hesitant to add a sauna until I found a black outdoor unit. What I didn't realize is that this sauna is wrapped in stainless steel, and it's way better than I imagined!! My wife was concerned about the wood lasting outside, but this thing is built like a tank. 5 stars across the board
